Petition available for Statistics for Bioinformatics section in Spring 07The math department offers a special course on statistics for bioinformatics (Math 162). Normally this wouldn't be offered until sometime in 2008. However, there is a petition available in the Math Club room (MH 226) to have a section offered in Spring 2007. The petition needs at 13 signatures before the end of November for the Math department to approve the new section. The prerequisites for Math 162 are Math 161 or instructor approval.
